Hi Guys

Let’s talk about the Flawless Natural Basics palette. This palette seems to be getting lots of love at the minute so of course I had to try it. The palette has ten eye shadows, a mixture of mattes and shimmers and four highlighters a mixture of light to dark. The palette costs €19.95 and can be got in most pharmacies. I bought mine in my local pharmacy.

From swatching the palette, I have to admit I wasn’t blown away, the shimmers swatched ok but the mattes weren’t so great.

The colours in the palette are very me, I am a sucker for a palette filled with bronzes and golds. The colours are very wearable, would suit everyone. Perfect colours for day and night.

The shadows themselves are nice but holy moly the fall out is just crazy. When you are using them be sure to do your eyeshadow before your foundation. The shimmer shadows applied really nicely and blended really easily, they are pretty nicely pigmented as well. The mattes aren’t as pigmented as the shimmers.

It’s best to use a base with them, I found the shadows did crease after a few hours even with a cream shadow base.

The highlighters are really nicely pigmented and wear really nicely, they aren’t too glittery just a nice shine to the skin.

So is the palette worth parting with your money? For me no, I know so many people love this palette but for me I think there are a lot more affordable palettes out there. For me personally the fallout is just too much. I am normally in a rush when I am doing my makeup so I’d prefer not to have to clean up fallout! I will definitely be passing the palette along to someone who will get some use out of it.

Do you own this palette? I’d love to hear other people’s thoughts on it.

Talk Soon………….
